Candy Mountain offers refunds for the following deposits:

• Bottle Deposits: Refundable upon return of bottles in undamaged condition.

• Ice Merchandiser Rental Deposits: Refundable when the rented merchandiser is returned in good working condition without damage.

Y.O. Ming Water Bottle Use Policy

The following terms apply to bottles provided by Y.O. Ming Water:

• Bottles are provided for use exclusively with Y.O. Ming Water products.

• Bottles remain the property of the provider and must be returned in good condition with lid. A $1.00 charge will apply to each lost or unusable lid.

• Distributors must maintain bottles in a clean and sanitary condition suitable for reuse.

• Distributors agree to ensure proper bottle treatment by third-party customers.

• Upon destruction or loss of one (1) bottle by a third-party customer, the distributor will charge a deposit fee of $30.00.

• Upon destruction or loss of a second bottle by the same third-party customer (including companies), the customer will be excluded from future service unless a per-bottle deposit of $30.00 is on file with Y.O. Ming Water.
