Delivery Scheduling

• Customers may select their preferred delivery day during checkout.

• We operate on a 48-hour dispatch window, meaning deliveries are typically fulfilled within two business days of the selected date.

• Delivery times may vary based on location, weather, and demand, but we strive to meet your scheduled preferences.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees may apply based on distance and order size. Any applicable fees will be clearly shown at checkout.

Ice cooler rentals will have a delivery fee included with the first invoice and a pickup fee included with the last invoice.

Missed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you. A rescheduling fee may apply for missed deliveries.
